Designation of Origin: Sherry Vinegar - Reserve. Acidity: 8 %. Variety of grape: Palomino. Aging: 20 years old. Type of barrels used for aging: American oak barrels. Type of bottle: Classic black glass Sherry wine. Taste: Has an intense dark mahogany colour with shiny amber-like highlights. This type of vinegar is notable for its powerful aroma and rich variety of nuances: vanilla, dried fruits and wine-soaked wood. Its acidic dry taste is strongly reminiscent of its place of origin, Jerez. Rules of conservation: Room temperature-not in direct sunlight and kept tightly closed when not being used.
