Choricero Pepper Paste 125g
Used in many dishes, like Patatas Riojana and Bacalao a la Vizcaína.
Sweet and lightly tangy taste.
Must have condiment for Spanish cooks.
Choricero pepper is a pepper variety native to Northern Spain and highly valued in the area. Small in size and elongated shape, choricero peppers are dried and are used as a spice to condiment.
Thanks to its sweet and lightly tangy taste it adds a distinct flavour to casseroles, soups and sauces. For a convenient and ready to use solution, Ferrer has launched the Choricero Pepper Paste, which is perfect to prepare famous Spanish dishes such as Patatas Riojana, Bacalao a la Vizcaína (Baked Cod Basque style) and even lentils. If you enjoy cooking, this is a must have condiment!
