What is it? A Moroccan-inspired sauce with tomatoes, white wine, preserved lemons & spices.

  • Serves 2 as a main course or 4 as tapas


Use Leon’s Tagine sauce for white or oily fish, seafood,
vegetarian dishes or as a pour over sauce for pasta.


Baked or Grilled Fish:
bake or grill firm white fish
or salmon until cooked, heat sauce and pour over. 

Seafood Medley:
lightly fry 400g of mixed seafood
in a little olive oil, add the sauce, bring to the boil
and serve over pasta.

Braised Fish:
bring sauce to a simmer in a pan, add
cubes of firm white fish, gently simmer until cooked. 

Dip: heat sauce and use for dipping with grilled fish
kebabs or king prawns.

Directions for Use: Ready to consume.
Ingredients: Plum Tomatoes, Onions, Carrots, Water, White Wine (3.89%), Tomato Puree, Preserved Lemons (1.30%), Olive Oil, Sea Salt, Garlic, Parsley, Tarragon, Chervil, Fennel Seeds, Cracked Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Cumin.
Alergy Warnings: GLUTEN FREE.
Storage Instructions: Once open refrigerate and consume within 3 days
Maximum Shelf Life: 6 months
