What is it? A Moroccan-inspired sauce with tomatoes, green olives and preserved lemons.

  • Serves 2 as a main course or 4 as tapas
Use Leon’s Tagine Sauce for chicken, fish and seafood, steaks, vegetarian dishes or pour over sauce for pasta.

Moroccan Chicken: sauté 4 chicken thighs to brown, pour over sauce and bake until chicken is cooked. 

Baked Trout or Salmon: bake whole trout or salmon steaks, heat sauce in pan and pour over. 

Seafood Medley: lightly fry 400g of mixed seafood in a little olive oil, add the sauce, bring to the boil and serve over pasta. 

Beef or Pork Steaks: grill steaks to your liking, heat the sauce through in a pan and pour over.

Directions for Use: Ready to consume.
Ingredients: Plum Tomatoes, Onions, Carrots, Water, Green Olives (5.15%), Tomato Puree, Preserved Lemons (1.29%), Olive Oil, Sea Salt, Garlic, Paprika, Cinnamon, Cumin, Ginger, Parsley, Black Pepper.
Alergy Warnings: GLUTEN FREE.
Storage Instructions: Once open refrigerate and consume within 3 days
Maximum Shelf Life: 6 months
