| Directions for Use: |
1. From 3/4 litres of milk, separate a cup to dissolve the contents of one packet of Crema Catalana Carmencita. Add from 6 to 8 big spoonfuls of sugar. 2. Put the rest of the milk on to boil. Add the contents of the cup slowly to the boiling milk and stir continuously for 3 minutes. 3. Take the crema off the boil, pour into bowls and allow to cool. 4. Optional: Sprinkle with ground sugar and burn! |
