The Marcona variety is commonly known as the 'King of Almonds' and is the most sought after of Spanish almonds - fat, rounded, crunchy and extremely tasty.
To make the most of their exquisite taste and texture, these almonds are gently roasted in oil and later lightly salted.
Enjoy as an appetiser, snack, with wine or sherry, or use as an ingredient in the many Spanish dishes that specify almonds.
