An authentic Mallorcan product, sobrasada is a soft, chorizo-like spread which is traditionally served on bread or toast as a tapa.  Our supplier has been making sobrasada for generation and the result is a product of the highest quality.  In addition to the basic familiar version, they specialise in an exquisite sobrasada coated with cracked black pepper.
