This is the typical image of a paella pan that most people have. Made from a sheet of polished (not stainless) steel and typically with two red handles, this is the iconic, traditional pan and represents great value for money. Often preferred by chefs, this pan offers little 'burn' protection and no 'non-stick' capabilities, which means you can cook up a good crust (or socarrat) to add some crunch to the paella. Be careful though, as it's easy to burn excessively with these pans and the lack of coating means a lot of scraping and generally a shorter lifespan as they are prone to rust unless treated very carefully and oiled after use. An inexpensive entry to paella making and can produce great results in the right hands. Lack of coating means more scraping, harder to care for and ultimately a won't last as long. Best used on gas hobs. Our paella pans are manufactured to the highest quality specifications using thick-guage steel by a celebrated national brand based in Valencia, the original home of paella.
Please note - this is an industrial product, so the odd surface imperfection or cosmetic blemish is normal.
Sorry, but this pan is too large to send outside mainland UK.
