What is it? A mix of herbs and spices developed by the experts at Cermencita specifically for the classic Spanish 'Valencian' paella. Here's how to create a Valencian paella for 4 people using the product: Chop green beans, peppers and grate 3 mature tomatoes. Heat olive oil in a paella pan and shallow fry the peppers with garlic. Put to one side and then shallow fry the tomato and reserve. Shallow fry chicken and rabbit (optional) and put to one side. Now prepare the stock: boil 3 litres of water in a large pan and add previous ingredients - simmer for one hour. Next, transfer 2 litres of the stock to a paella pan, add a sachet of 'Carmencita Valencian Paella Mix', stir and add 400g of paella rice and previous ingredients. Taste for salt. Simmer for 15-20 minutes until the stock has been absorbed. Leave for a few minutes before serving.
Ingredients Dehydrated garlic, sweet pimenton, black pepper, maltodextrin, rosemary, thyme, clove, salt, saffron extract, saffron (1%).
