What is it? An extremely popular and versatile spice mix containing saffron. Each pack contains 15 sachets of ready to use paella mix ,each of which is good for a large paella (or any other rice dish). As an added bonus, each sachet has a different recipe printed on it, and there are some extremely interesting ones to try. Before adding the rice, add the contents of one sachet for every six servings of paella (600-700 grams of rice) into the paella pan. There is no need to add any other spices - just add salt to taste.
Ingredients Garlic, Salt (25%), Smoked Paprika, Corn Flour, Couloring E-102, Pepper, Clove And Saffron (2.5%). Each sachet contains seasoning for six servings of Paella (600/700g of rice).
