A heavy, cast iron griddle plate, suitable for use with paella gas burner rings, particularly our 350mm dual burner ring.
The thick, cast-iron construction means a high heat holding capacity making for a perfect cooking surface. The plate is ridged on one side and smooth on the other, meaning you can choose the surface suitable for your cooking requirements.
The enamel coating, similar to the perhaps more familiar black paella pans, gives greater protection and non-stick characteristics and makes cleaning much easier than non-enamelled versions.
This plate is the perfect complement to your gas burner and widens your options beyond paella and rice dishes. It's basically a portable grill that's easy to set up and goes with you wherever your burner goes.
