What is it? A rich Moroccan-inspired sauce with tomatoes, prunes, onions & spices.

Use Leon’s Tagine Sauce for lamb, pork, duck, sausages
or vegetarian dishes.


Lamb Tagine:
lightly sauté 400g lamb cut into pieces, add
the sauce, cover and cook in the oven on a low heat until
tender. 

Sweet Pork Stir Fry:
stir-fry 400g diced lean pork, sliced
peppers and spring onions, add the sauce and cook gently
until tender. 

Lamb Burgers, Chops or Sausages: grill the meat until
cooked, heat sauce to a simmer and pour over. 

Moroccan Potato Casserole:
par-boil potatoes cut into
chunks, drain, lightly sauté in olive oil, add sauce, gently
cook until tender, garnish with chopped fresh mint.

Directions for Use: Ready to consume.
Ingredients: Plum Tomatoes, Onions, Water, Prunes (11%), Tomato Puree, Olive Oil, Sea Salt, Garlic, Paprika, Cumin, Cinnamon, Parsley, Nutmeg, Ginger, Cracked Black Pepper.
Alergy Warnings: GLUTEN FREE.
Storage Instructions: Once open refrigerate and consume within 3 days
Maximum Shelf Life: 6 months
