Use Leon’s Tagine Sauce for chicken, pork, duck
or vegetarian dishes.
sauté 4 chicken thighs in a little olive oil
until brown, add the sauce, cover and simmer until chicken
pan-sear 400g of cubed pork, add the
sauce and a tin of haricot or butter beans, cover and cook
in the oven until tender.
roast duck legs or a whole duck, heat the
sauce and serve in gravy boat to pour over portions.
Sweet Chunky Vegetables:
par-boil chunks of carrots,
parsnips, squash and sweet potatoes, drain, lightly sauté in
olive oil, add sauce, cover and bake until soft.
