What is it? This is real, 100% natural membrillo made using only quince, sugar and a touch of lemon, contains no preservatives, colourings nor additives. Compared to the 'Dulce de Membrillo' which uses a starch based filler to produce a less strong flavour, this membrillo has an intense colour; deep, rich quince flavour and a thick, creamy consistency. To be enjoyed with the best Manchegos or simply with a chunk of crusty bread.
