The classic Spanish blue cheese from Valdeon in the Picos de Europa, but with a twist. The basic blue cheese is made into a spreadable cream cheese and presented in glass jar which will keep the cheese fresh for a long time. This product is for serious connoisseurs. Imagine the power of what is already an extremely potent blue cheese concentrated into a spread! Served on warm toast, this makes an irresistible snack.
