Our Manchego Cheese is extra-matured for a deep, rich and satisfying flavour that leaves you in no doubt as to its pedigree. But Spanish Cheese goes beyond Manchego. Specialities include distinctive extra-mature sheeps milk cheese, pasteurised and unpasteurised mixed-milk cheeses, matured goats cheese and the incredible Valdeon blue cheeses from the Picos de Europa.
And from March 2012, we're happy to present an extended range of popular regional Spanish cheeses including Mahon, Extegarai (Idiazabal), Tetilla and San Simon. Your Spanish cheese board will never be so authentic.
