A twist on the original - this is sobrasada covered in cracked black pepper giving a spicy kick when serviced hot or cold.
Recommended as a tapa, sobrasada can be enjoyed cold or heated on breads or toasts. Cut into thick slices, this sobrasada can also be quickly fried at a high heat, liberating extraordinary flavours and aromas.
Sobrasada can also be used as a flavour and colour enhancer in other meat or vegetable dishes, such as a casseroles and soups.
