A premium quality spicy chorizo that is neither fully fresh nor fully cured. This means that it is suitable for cooking, but has a more developed flavour and slightly firmer texture than our fully fresh chorizos. This product is made using only 'Extra' quality, select meat cuts and has an incomparable flavour compared to other cooking chorizos.

Refrigerate. Once opened will begin to dry out, but can wrapped to slow drying. |
