What is it? A slight twist on the red chorizos you’re used to seeing from Spain - these are white chorizos, also called ‘criollo’. They look and taste different from the more common type of chorizo due the absence of pimenton. Delicious and different.

Directions for Use: Cook in your preferred manner: grill, fry, barbeque, stew etc.
Ingredients: Pork, salt, starch, sugar, soy proteins, spices, dextrose, emulgents E-452ii, flavour enhancer E-621, antioxidant E-301, acidity corrector E-331, colorant E-120.
Alergy Warnings: Contains egg and egg derivatives, soy and soy derivatives, milk and milk derivatives.
Storage Instructions: Refrigerate. Once opened will begin to dry out, but can wrapped to slow drying.
Maximum Shelf Life: 3 months
