Spanish black pudding, often used in regional stews such as Fabada Asturiana. This is the Asturian type of morcilla, meaning it is cured (like other cold meats, such as chorizo) and does not contain rice (in contrast to Morcilla de Burgos).

||To be cooked before eating.
||Bacon (55%), Onion (40%), Pork Blood, Salt, Paprika and Spices.
||Refrigerate. Once opened will begin to dry out, but can wrapped to slow drying.
