What is it?

Directions for Use: Slice and enjoy cold, perhaps with a drizzle of olive oil. Definitely does not need to be cooked.
Ingredients: Loin of Beef, Salt, Preservatives (E-250, E-252), Synergic Antioxidant (E-331).
Alergy Warnings: None
Storage Instructions: Refrigerate. Once opened will begin to dry out, but can wrapped to slow drying.
