Cecina is a delicacy originating from the cold mountains of Leon in northern Spain. Choice cuts of beef are seasoned, cured and smoked over oak fires to produce a true gourmet treat. We’re a big fan of Cecina and it’s currently enjoying a resurgence in Spain, with top restaurants serving it in various dishes. Finish with a dash of olive oil and a shaving of mature Manchego.
|Directions for Use:
||Slice and enjoy cold, perhaps with a drizzle of olive oil. Definitely does not need to be cooked.
||Loin of Beef, Salt, Preservatives (E-250, E-252), Synergic Antioxidant (E-331).
||Refrigerate. Once opened will begin to dry out, but can wrapped to slow drying.
