The cold, dry climate is perfect for drying hams, chorizos and the local speciality 'Cecina', a cured, smoked and salted beef product. Our award winning chorizo 'Rodriguez' is the best we've tasted anywhere - balanced flavour, smooth texture and absolutely prime quality meat. Choose your chorizo depending on whether it is for cooking, hand slicing or machine slicing.
