Another of Gonzalez Byass' exclusive solera sherries. The main sherry grape - palomino - is supplemented by the sun-dried Pedro Ximenez to augment sugar content, resulting in the sweetest wine available. With a sugar content of 400 grams per litre, Noe is an explosion of sun-ripened fruits, raisins and figs. An incomparable wine, Noe can be drank straight, over ice, or drizzled over ice-cream or roasted nuts for an exceptional desert. |
