Is there a minimum order value or size?

No, order exactly what you want.

How do I find the products that I'm interested in?

Use the toolbar at the top of the page to navigate to the category of the product you are interested in. If you are unable to see the toolbar, you may need to install the latest Flash plug-in from Macromedia. If toolbars cannot be displayed (e.g., on some Unix systems), all functions can be accessed through sitemap avaiable from the home page.

How do I add products to my cart?

Simply click on the 'Buy Now' link next to product of your choice. The item is added to your cart. Select the 'Back to Shop' option to return to the online store.

How can I view the contents of my cart?

The 'View Cart' button is always available on the toolbar at the top of each page.

How do I add more than one of an item?

When viewing the contents of your cart, adjust the 'Quantity' of the item to the required number and click 'Recalculate'.

How do I remove items from my cart?

Simply adjust the 'Quantity' of the item no longer required to 0 and click 'Recalculate'.

I've chosen my items, how do I proceed?

Check the contents of your cart are correct and then click 'Checkout' to be taken to the order completion page where you are asked to enter delivery information and select payment options.

The web isn't always convenient for me, is there any other way to order?

Of course. You can fax your order through (please quote stock codes) or give us a call with the details.

Can I make changes to an order once it has been placed?

Yes, as long as the order has not been shipped. Just get in touch with the details that need to be changed (see 'Contact Us' page). You may change either details of items ordered or personal details submitted.

Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you are entitled to a cancellation period of 7 days following delivery of non-perishable goods.

An order containing any combinations of items can be cancelled before it has shipped (you will be notified of shipping by email). Please contact us (see 'Contact Us' page) to cancel the order. A full refund will be paid.

Cancellation of an order that has already shipped must be made within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Perishable goods are non-returnable and non-refundable; all other goods must be returned at the cost of the customer for a full refund. Please contact us (see 'Contact Us' page) to cancel the order.
