A tablet of hard Turron de Alicante presented in a traditional wooden gift box.
This is the crunchy variety, probably the most popular in the UK. Only Spanish almonds and honey are used in the production of these premium Turrons and the quality is apparent from first bite to last. The texture is crunchy but not overly hard, bringing out the freshness of the almonds perfectly, whilst the sugar and honey combination is sweet but not overpowering.
Turron is a traditional Spanish Christmas sweet and often not produced during the rest of the year. Luckily we have secured a year-round supply of this fantastic product so you can go on enjoying it until next Christmas!
This is a 'supreme' quality turron, which means it contains a minimum of 60% almond and is certified and stamped by the 'Consejo Regulador de Jijona' (the body that regulates production of turron, requiring minimum standards for certification).
