A luxury Spanish garlic mayo made with free range eggs and olive oil.
As soon as you open the lid of this product, you'll know you're in for a treat. The intense garlic aroma is only an introduction to the exceptionally high quality alioli inside. The texture is smooth and creamy and the taste deep, intense, garlicky and utterly luxurious. You'll even find little chunks of naturally toasted garlic. When we first tried this product we wanted to eat it straight out of the jatr by the spoonful - it's that good!
All Leon's Sauce Company products are hand made in small batches and are totally free of any nasties. This product is gluten free and suitable for vegetarians and is made using only high quality, selected and carefully controlled raw ingredients.

||Rapeseed Oil, Olive Oil (12.9%), Water, Pasteurised Free Range Egg Yolk (12.9%), Lemon Juice (2.6%), White Whine & Spirit Vinegar, Toasted Garlic Granules (1.7%), Sugar, Salt, Toasted Garlic Powder (0.9%), Mustard, Garlic (0.1%).
